These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by you, the customer, from us, Stone Roach. Stone Roach is a trading name of Stone Roach Limited. Registered in England & Wales No. 07765698.

1. CUSTOMER SERVICE
We are committed to total customer care. Should you wish to speak to our customer services department please telephone 07968775317, Monday to Friday between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm.

2. DELIVERY
We aim to despatch our products within 5-7 days of accepting your order, however please allow 28 day for delivery. Products that are despatched by the means selected upon checkout. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, but we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that goods are delivered within 28 days of being ordered.

3. AVAILABILITY
All orders are accepted subject to stock availability. Where you have ordered several products and not all are in stock, we may send you the products which are available; we will send the remainder of your order as soon as the stock becomes available. If the goods ordered are out of stock, we will contact you within 30 days from the day after your order was placed. If the goods are coming back into stock, we will propose a new delivery date or, with your agreement, we may be able to supply you with substitute goods. If we have received payment from you for goods out of stock, or you do not wish to wait for goods to become available, and/or decline our offer of substitute goods, we will refund any monies due, within 7 days of receiving your instructions. If you cancel your order, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the full selling price

4. VAT
Prices on our website all include VAT at the appropriate rate. For VAT refunds (where applicable), please contact our customer services department by email, post or telephone. Our VAT Number is GB123774612 and is stated on our invoices.

5. WAYS TO PAY

You can place an order online. Payments will be processed by PayPal or SagePay. You do not need bo be registered with either service to make a payment by Debit or Credit Card. The transactions will be in UK Sterling Currency. Any currency exchanges will be calculated by the payment processor.

6. RETURNS
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Under circumstances where replacement goods are not applicable a credit note will be issued for the value of the item returned which can be used against a future purchase. If the returned item was found to be faulty and under circumstances where replacement goods are not applicable, then the full purchase price will be credited including postage charges. If the item returned is found to be without fault the the credit raised will not include postage charges.

7. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Goods must be returned to us in their original condition, complete with packaging and accessories. The cost of replacement of any missing items will be borne by the customer. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. For your rights of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information supplied is correct at the time of publishing.
